HOW TIRE GUARD WORKS

TIRE GUARD is a unique blend of proprietary "air sensitive fibers,' suspended in a special fluid carrier designed to seal punctures and nuisance leaks on off-road equipment.

Installation of TIRE GUARD is performed using a special pump designed to meter on-half pint of product per stroke. The product is injected through the valve stem. Installation instructions can be found on the reverse side of this brochure. On smaller tires pints of TIRE GUARD with conical taps makes the job easier.

The product remains in the lower region of the tire, 'on guard' against leaks and punctures. When a puncture or leak occurs,m the specialized fluid carrier rushes to the puncture site releasing 'air sensitive fibers' into the opening. Almost immediately, the fibers bond, forming a 'web-like' matrix that actually becomes a part of the tire.

PRODUCT FEATURES

SEALS PUNCTURES - By providing a constant barrier of protection TIRE GUARD can prevent costly flats before they occur. It is designed to seal leaks occuring in the tread area where 90% of all punctures occur.

WATER SOLUBLE - Cleaning of both the rim and tire can easily be done when using TIRE GUARD. It is soluble and does not "ball-up" or "gum-up" in tires.  This means materials can be easily cleaned with a simple water wash.

PROTECTS RIMS - To prevent the possibility of rusted rims, rim weld, and other problems associated with moisture in tires, TIRE GUARD is fortified with a rust-inhibiting technology. It will neutralize rust-forming tendencies.

WILL NO FREEZE - Because TIRE GUARD is used extensively throughout the country in both arm and cold climates, it is engineered with potential freezing conditions in mind.  At cold temperatures, it remains fluid and can be used throughout the winter months.
